Hotel Quality Assurance is a set of services that aims to test, analyze and score the quality of the Customer Experience during the transactions with the Hotel touch points. In a second phase, the same operation is performed with the main  competitors hotels. The scores are compared and a thorough report is prepared and put at the Hotel's disposal.
